In many jurisdictions, Danone is not restricted in applying different conditions to customers - unless Danone is market dominant in the respective market.
Whether it is admissible to impose limitations on (a) parallel trade outside the EU/EEA and (b) imports from/to the EU/EEA depends on the local rules of trade mark exhaustion and possibly on whether Danone is market dominant (see under 4).
Consequently, market dominance is not prohibited.
Market dominance can be individual - or collective, with two or more companies being jointly dominant.
